Gerry DiPierro, Owner and CEO

Gerry DiPierro is the Chief of Operations of DiPierro Construction, Inc. He started DiPierro Construction as a small, one-man, one truck operation in December 2008. His skills and expertise in a variety of building trades and his ability to carry out his customers’ wishes quickly gave him a positive reputation in the Back Bay, South End, and Beacon Hill neighborhoods of Boston.

Gerry DiPierro has been involved in the construction business since he began working alongside his father at the age of fourteen. Born and raised in the greater Boston area, Gerry has a deep understanding of the historical beauty and inherent needs of Boston homes. Gerry began as a carpenter by trade, as a member of the Local 218 carpenters union. He now holds both a Home Improvement license and a Contractor Supervisor license.

As a resident of the South End and a member of the South End Historical Society (SEHS), Gerry is uniquely qualified as an expert in the preservation, enhancement, and appreciation of Boston’s historical architecture. He is experienced in the complex process of obtaining the approvals and clearances required by the Building Department, the Landmarks Commission, and the Historical Society.

Currently, Gerry oversees project management and job scheduling for the company. He keeps his hand on the pulse of his operations and maintains communication with all of his clients.

Gerry is a dedicated and professional business person, holding memberships with the South End Historical Society (SEHS), South End Business Alliance (SEBA), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), New Market Business Association (NBA), and the Boston chapter of Business Network International (BNI).

Mary Beth Daniels, Owner and CFO

Mary Beth Daniels serves as both Business and Financial Officer of DiPierro Construction. She started DiPierro Construction with Gerry in December 2008. Mary Beth is an astute manager and is well versed in the language and functions of the building trades. Mary Beth also oversees personnel policies, payroll, and insurance matters.

A native of New Jersey, Mary Beth moved to the Boston area in 1999. She is a resident of the South End and active in South End neighborhood events and the South End Historical Society.
